Your privacy and security are very important to us. Here is how we keep your information safe:
Encryption
From the moment you connect to our Online Giving system, all information is encrypted using the strongest form of encryption available for your browser. Our encryption turns your information into a coded sequence with billions of possible variations, making it nearly impossible for unwanted intruders to decipher.
Credit/Debit Card Information
We will never store your credit/debit information. When you make a contribution, all sensitive information is passed directly to our credit card processor. We only store the last four digits of your card number and the expiration date for your convenience in making future contributions. For information on our credit card processor, please click here.
Bank Account Information
When you make a contribution using your bank account for the first time, all sensitive information is encrypted and stored securely in our database. Once our accounting department has processed your contribution, your account information is permanently removed except for the last four digits of your account number for your convenience in making future contributions.
Personal Information
All of your personal information, including your email address, will not be used for any purpose unrelated to our Online Giving system. We will only contact you via email to confirm contributions you have made or are scheduled to make, to notify you of upcoming changes to your account, or to assist you with technical issues.
Password Policy
When you sign up for access, you will need to create a personal password with a minimum of 8 characters. We strongly recommend that you keep your password a secret and do not use a dictionary word for your password, such as "church" or another word that can be easily guessed. Add numbers or special characters to your password to make it more secure.
Timed Log-off
Our system will automatically log you off after 10 minutes of inactivity. This reduces the risk of others accessing your information from your computer should you leave it unattended.
